How we fill our days...now that we have 4 kids

I have been BUSY...BUSY...BUSY. The boys keep me running and I love it. We have only been home about a week and a half and we are working hard at keeping a routine. I find that all kids thrive on routine. It helps so much for them to know what is expected for each part of the day.

So our day if full of lots of play time.

We will spend more time outside playing on the playset.
Then after we used up all of our energy we have
lunch and clean up before nap time.

Oh...how we love our nap time.Yes...I rock him to sleep for both nap time and bed time (and I LOVE IT).
And after rest time we start all over again.

But most of the day...these pleading eyes look up at me and reach up for momma. And then...I spend my day holding my Little Man.

I love it. Oh...I remember naptime and rocking babies to bed. They seem to be thriving and that's wonderful to see. Do they really call you Momma? JD was wondering that as I relayed the funny stories from your other blog to him while waiting at a doctor's visit today.

I'm so glad you are loving your job! Preschoolers need lots of Mom's attention anyway, and I'm sure right now yours need even more. Keep sleeping when they do! :)

Oh they are so beautiful, Cris! What a wonderful way to spend your days! (And I wouldn't be able to resist those eyes either!)

That playset is getting a second-wind workout!

I love holding a little one for naptime, too.

oh my goodness your post brought me to tears! beautiful and those boys are just adorable! you've already been through these stages with your girls so you know how fast they move through them, enjoy them and the rocking. I still rock my 3 year old for naps and bedtime, some say its time to stop but we both love it! it won't last long. You are truly blessed my blog friend!!!

Hi Cris,
Your blog brought me to tears as always. God is using you greatly as a mom who embraces her role and then reaches out to others. I am proud to call you my friend!
God Bless you and your family today, say hi to chuck and the kids.
