an evening on a waterfront park

Last night the girls and I headed out to find some more letter boxes. We drove to a neighboring town to hunt down some in a library and on a water front park. One of the things that I love the most about letterboxing is that it takes us to place that we wouldn't seek out on our own. It was a beautiful evening and by the water somehow the humidity isn't as terrible. If the sun hadn't been going down we could have stayed for hours. Since blogging is my new form of scrapbooking, I will include lots of pictures again.

Beautiful pics!

I think I did jury duty in that courthouse a few years ago (first picture). Happily, they did not need me, but a friend was selected for a trial that was on the front pages for weeks.

We ALMOST started letterboxing this week while up in north Georgia...

What a beautiful place to visit. There is something about being by the water. Great picture of you and the girls.

What a great experience! Glad you could enjoy the water and have a good opportunity to letterbox. Have a good weekend with the grandparents!

The pictures are great. You couldn't ask for more...the ocean and the sunset! We are working on making our stamps tonight so we can go letter-boxing soon!! Take a picture of your little stamp sometime to show us. We are carving away on our little pink erasers!!

Oopps!! I just re-read your Letterboxing 101 post and saw your cute stamp. I made one for Tim and I (but haven't thought of a creative name yet...) The kids have all designed their stamps and we'll all carve them tonight. Fun, fun, I can't wait. Mom is bringing over her letter boxing stuff and stamp tomorrow to show us. Thanks for spuring us on to greater things!!
