Riding the roller coaster

This week has been a bit of a roller coaster.
  • We have had family here for about 2 weeks and we have been madly working on our home (promise to post pics soon). To note a few changes: lighting in the house and redid the hall bath.
  • Chuck's work continues to be crazy and ups and downs.
  • Went letterboxing today and found 8 boxes (great weather and it was fun, but a LOT in one day.)
  • Recovered from a road trip from last weekend (only 1500 miles in 2 days).
  • Spent a day doing doctor check ups.
  • Hit the local "zoo" and studied the animals for school.
  • Tutored a second grader.
  • Apologized to a neighbor for leaving our piles of branches in front of the house (promise to haul them away tomorrow, after receiving her letter of disappointment).
  • Prayed fervently for 2 friends who are in the midst of bringing home their adopted babies (Courtney and Steffany).
  • And to top it all off, Tissy "new tooth" fell off today. =(

What can I say??? You can't win them all and NO WONDER I AM TIRED TONIGHT.

Wish I!!! was bringing an adopted baby home (sigh). Sorry about the tooth, again. Did you get it glued back on again? Are you still tutoring kids in math? Making lots of extra cash?
