I am hopeful this morning. We are showing the house again to a family that saw it on Saturday. They seem pretty interested. Needless to say, I am hopeful. (now I am off to clean and pray)

Oh my! Wouldn't it be just like the Lord to sell this house in the mist of our nation's economic crisis! Maybe "he" will like it better the second time around! Second lookers are another sign of hope!
Hopeful with you...hopeful in selling the house soon, but even MORE hopeful in God who is faithful and promises good through all this for your family.
