The Christmas Cradle

Chuck was asked to record this story for use in the Christmas service at our new church. It will have music and video with it later, but the voice track turned out so good I thought I would share it here. Settle in... it's about 6 minutes long, but it's really really worth listening to. It's interesting to think about the significance of Jesus being born in a stable, having his birth announced to simple, lowly shepherds and his having a trough for a bed. I hope you like it as much as I did. Have a very merry Christmas!

He did a really great job with the voice-over. I was hoping you'd have the video as well, but that's OK. I found your blog through Kristie's. I'm Franz's sister and we're working in Borneo, Indonesia. I enjoyed listening to Franz's Christmas sermon and your husband's thing afterwards. Whoever wrote the script did a great job with the imagery. Good job all around!

Josh and Josie,

This was even more powerful at Church after Franz spoke. I am glad that you enjoyed it.

Glad to hear how you found us. We have enjoyed Franz and Kristie.
